Since 2008, FYI Clinic (formerly Life Choices Pregnancy Help Center) has offered compassionate peer-counselors ready to provide you with truthful information about the choices you face related to your unplanned pregnancy. Being fully informed by having all the facts empowers you to make decisions that will affect the rest of your life.

All services are free with no strings attached.  You will never see a bill from our organization, and no claims will be filed with your insurance.  We do not even ask for insurance information. Friends of FYI Clinic contribute to our organization so we can provide these services to you at no cost because they care about the community.

All services are confidential; we respect your privacy. Patient information is held in strict confidence, and all communication is handled with utmost discretion.  FYI Clinic is compliant with all state and federal privacy laws.
